Job Description:
Test Automation (L2):
· Should be able to differentiate the various test automation frameworks in the market and their applicability to the AUT.
· Should understand the service offerings from Automation practice and leverage on the same, if required.
· Should have awareness on the various testing tools related certifications available in the market to improve the competency.
· Should be able to work on QTP and understands the overview on QTP as test automation tool - features, performance and usage.
Web Testing (L3):
· Should have good knowledge & concepts of UI validations, GUI features etc. Concepts of Globalization and Localization testing will be an added advantage.
Testing Concepts (L3):
· Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases.
· Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool.
· Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool.
Retail-POS (L3):
· Basic knowledge of the work flow and business processes of retail.
· Understanding of POS and related areas POS - Billing, returns & refunds, payment authorizations, price look up, mobile POS Capable of providing solutions and helping business analysts translate the same into requirements.
· Capable of performing sales support and due diligence activities Ability to identify key GTM with 3-5 year plan and initiating with CoE, partners and respective service lines Ability to chair customer round table conferences and discussions on technology, consumer trends driving business strategies Ability to build consulting team for business plan in line with organizational strategy
