Formal Education & Certification

University degree in the field of English, Communications, or Journalism.  A background in technology is desirable.

Knowledge & Experience

5 years equivalent work experience.

Hands-on technical writing and editing experience, with specific experience in documenting information technology software and systems.

Knowledge of information gathering, planning, and organizing methods and principles.

Strong understanding of document formatting and presentation techniques.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and SharePoint.

·         Strong JEE6 Developer having  experience with JSF, CDI, EJB, JPA, JAX-RS

·         Optional ( but a good plus ) : Seam3, jBPM, Drools

We need DB2 DBA with E-commerce background to work in Austin, TX

 

·         Experience with IBM DB2 on AIX is essential.

·         Experience on design, development & administration of DB2 UDB databases.

·         Data ownership of all environments. This includes working as a key member of the environments team. Providing technical expertise in database analysis, design, and development phases

·         Lead DB Schema and architectural designs

·         DR Planning and execution in HA environments (HADR).
