   Technical/IT experience with/in:

·         Agilysys Lodging Management application (LMS) – (We are using version 7.0)

·         Major hotel system areas - Front desk, reservation, housekeeping, etc.

·         Testing and defect/bug reporting

·         Documentation (technical & business/user)

Primary job functions:

·         Requirements – Documenting how system works today and with requested changes

·         Testing – Update and execute test script with documented results

·         Communications – Written & Verbal – o Update & creation of user documentation and training materials Web training if/as needed Other:

·         Experience with working with/in multiple property locations

·         Experience with working with remote team

·          Physically located in AC or LV (or travel as needed to work with team in person)
