Position: Sr Oracle Developer & Oracle Tech Lead

Location: NYC ( Locals Only or anyone coming for F2F)

Duration: 6 months

Open position: 14

 

Interview Slot: Thursday & Friday (Tech Interview)

 

Technology requirements with experience

Oracle PL/SQL (definitely required)   

SQL Tuning                                      

Oracle Deployment/Upgrade scripts   

Development in Unix, Linux Environment                  

Control-m                                         

Finance Background                         

SVN Version control                         

Business Objects or OBIEE             

 

 

·         Ability to utilize programming methodologies and languages
Efficient coding i.e. adhering to coding standards, procedures and techniques

·         Effective analysis of new and existing applications and platforms
Clear communication and documentation of technical specifications

·         Executive summary of the job's core purpose. Please describe the role in no more than 5 sentences.

·         Demonstrate strengths in analysis, design and implementation of large projects at major financial corporation(s), particularly in areas of Oracle PL/SQL, Unix and control-m programming

·         Provide technology solutions that address business needs by developing applications within technology environments

·         Knowledge of design patterns and best practices for high performance, scalable, extensible applications

·         Contribute to the technical code documentation
Design, develop, and implement code
Implement fixes and enhancements
Create Test Plans, Test Cases and perform unit and integration testing

·         Support existing applications
Involved in full life cycle of project

·         Good Technical Writing skills

·         Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
