Hyperion Reporting Consultant

Location: Chicago, IL

Hyperion Production Support team in need of a strong production support resource to monitor and trouble shoot a production instance of Hyperion Interactive Reporting, Financial Reporting, Essbase and Planning 9.3x.

 

Role:

 

Experience with BRIO, Reporting and Financial Specialist,

 

1.       Entails problem and incident tickets,

2.       Maintenance activities, and urgent production issues.

3.       Requirements gathering and development of new reports.

4.       Resource must be able to work with other teams to resolve issues and be a part of an on call rotation.

5.       Familiarity with Informatica ETL tool is a plus.

6.       The resource may interact with the Business so written and oral communication skills are key.
