-          Experience in working with one or more Document Capture solutions (Preferably KoFax or Omtool)

-          Experience in working with one or more Document Workflow solutions (Preferably KoFax or Omtool)

-          Experience or understanding of creating secure print solutions

-          Experience in working on Microsoft platforms & technologies for installing & configuring Microsoft based software products

-          Experience or understand of working with Multifunction printers

-          Experience in troubleshooting software products & solutions

-          Experience in providing technology & solutions support
